Scott Galloway served on the senior management team of Vancouver Fraser Port Authority/Port Metro Vancouver, one of North America’s largest and most diversified ports, 2002 to 2013.
Mr. Galloway led the Port’s global business development activities aimed at the port’s commercial customers and industry stakeholders across all business categories, including automobile, dry bulk, grain, liquid bulk, break-bulk, container and cruise. He maintains extensive knowledge and contacts amongst the Asia Pacific Gateway including major shippers, carriers, and service providers.
Having spent time working in various locations across Western Canada with one of Canada’s class one railways Scott developed extensive experience in business development, transportation, logistics and a deep understanding of Canada’s major export industries, supply chains and customers. He brings with him a strong sense of who the customer is and is focussed on serving their needs. Scott holds a BA economics major from the University of Winnipeg.
Scott has served on a number of industry Boards including the BC Chamber of Shipping, Chairman of the Western Marine Community Coalition, Director of the Pacific Rim Cruise Association and Director of the Hong Kong Canada Business Association.
